A Finder reads the potential Buyers post, FIRST finds it, THEN contacts the seller. A true Finder WON'T contact a Buyer before he's located the product or service. THEN, the Finder negotiates the Finders Fee with the Buyer and/or Seller, completes the commission agreement to get paid upon completion of the deal. No closed deal between the Buyer and Seller, no fee to the Finder, if the Finder follows industry guidelines. Description of A Finder

A Finder is an independent “Match-Maker” offering Buyers and sellers a service for a fee. The professional Finder simply matches QUALIFIED buyers with QUALIFIED sellers, thus earning them their Finders fee.

ONLY the Buyer and Seller get involved in negotiating the final price. The Finder is NOT a Dealer, Pre-seller, Agent or Representative, but ONLY a “Match-Maker,” and does NOT get involved in the actual negotiation process.

The Finder:

• Does NOT sell anything EXCEPT their knowledge and service.
